So this is the end of a dress that Heidihad in with her sowing stuff in High school
and I remember asking her if I could
have some of the material bc
I loved the pattern and the colors
and wanted to to make a skirt .
Well I finally did LAST NIGHT!
First image is the front 2nd is the back!
So I had to take in the sides seams on each
side by 2 inches at the top and rip out a whole
middle panel to make this work. I thought
I was going to have to put in a zipper maybe
even two but if I put the skirt on over head then
it fits perfectly. With out having to undo my
whole sowing job. I feel like a chiquita banana
in this skirt and I love it! I KEEP expecting to
look down see fruit instead of flowers ! I think
I will wear it tomorrow!!!! I made some earrings
to go with it I will post them in the AM!!!!!!
